We're different to big consultancies. The polar opposite, in fact. We don't waste your money on slide decks
and reports that no one reads, and we don't spend all day mapping out processes that end up sitting in a draw.
We've worked in companies as product managers and, more recently, founded our own automation SaaS company.
We believe that product management as a thing has lots of value, but we also believe that the job is changing.
"Agile" has become increasingly dogmatic and companies are not wanting to hire product managers who spend 75% of their time staring at Jira boards and
chasing engineers to update the status of a ticket. We have done this job and it's terrible. Combine that with
the fact that product managers are notoriously hard to manage and train (are they business? are they tech? wtf are they? Who line manages them?)
it's not surprising that companies are looking for different ways to realise the value that product managers bring
without the overhead of a full-time employee.
We provide product management consulting on a monthly basis with a set number of touchpoints and engagement with
you and your team. You won't need a full time product manager, or anyone to manage us and we will help you to establish a way of "doing product" that works for
your specific situation (instead of just making you do Scrum). We're on hand to answer any questions, we get our hands dirty with your challenges, and we'll bring our ethos for you to work with.
